oversight of hazardous and solid waste programs, public relations, supervision, and production control with emphasis on meeting budgets and schedules while complying with environmental and other regulations facing federal, state and local government, and industry. Furthermore, he has experience in regulatory agency negotiation, preparation of plans and specifications, cost estimating, budget preparation, construction administration, contract negotiation, field investigation and scheduling.
