Ms. Martin is President and Treasurer for Earth Environmental Consultants, Inc. and has over 25 years of business management experience. She is a company founder and has varied experience
in project management, field investigation, oversight of environmental programs, grant preparation and regulatory agency negotiation. Jeanne is responsible for all phases of budget and financial management, contract preparation, and financial audit compliance. She is also responsible for maintaining multiple business and professional licenses, insurance coverage and loss control and business development. Well-versed in environmental regulations, she assists with report preparation and final peer review.
