Our Background

EEC was formed in 1989 in response to the growing demand for environmental engineering resources in the Mid-Atlantic region. The services offered by EEC are broad-based, encompassing many facets of the engineering and environmental fields.

The Earth Environmental Consultants, Inc. team brings diverse educational backgrounds to the client including Civil Engineering, Surveying, Horticulture, Geology, Biology, Environmental Science, Economics and Masters in Business Administration.  The team has over 20 years experience in civil/environmental engineering, surveying, subsurface investigation, planning, zoning, project management, construction management, oversight of hazardous and solid waste programs and public relations, all with emphasis on meeting budgets and schedules while complying with environmental and other regulations facing government and industry.

Our experience also includes regulatory agency negotiation, preparation of plans & specifications, cost estimating, budget preparation, construction administration, contract negotiation, claims analysis and review, field investigation and scheduling.

Ms. Martin is President and Treasurer for Earth Environmental Consultants, Inc. and has 20 years of business management experience.  She is a company founder and has varied engineering and environmental experience.  Jeanne is responsible for all phases of budget and financial management, licensing, insurance, and business development.  Well-versed in environmental regulations, she assists with report preparation and review.  She has varied experience with regulatory agency negotiation, cost estimating, budget preparation, contract negotiation, field investigation and scheduling.

Furthermore, he has experience in regulatory agency negotiation, preparation of plans and specifications, cost estimating, budget preparation, construction administration, contract negotiation, field investigation and scheduling. In addition, Mr. Lovell's experience in industry, government and public utility has given him the ability to understand a vast array of regulatory needs and balance those needs with the schedule and monetary constraints that the regulated community must deal with on a daily basis.

Mr. Webb is an Engineer in Training with combined experience in civil/environmental engineering, project management, and construction management.  Mr. Webb has over seven years of working with a licensed contractor on both residential and commercial development.  Mr. Webb also has experience with both large and small scale wastewater treatment design, with additional work in single and multi-family wastewater systems.  In addition, Mr. Webb is familiar with compliance of regulatory issues regarding underground storage tanks, environmental assessments, and wetland mitigation.
