Mr. Nester is a Licensed Land Surveyor with over 30 years of management experience in surveying and civil engineering projects for both private and public sector clients. He is been responsible for all aspects of projects including original concept plan preparation and zoning approval, boundary and topographic surveys, site design, construction cost estimates, construction inspection, and as-built plans.
