EEC provided civil engineering design services and construction administration for the construction of a new town skate park located behind the Franklin County YMCA in the Town of Rocky Mount. Design services consisted of a new parking lot, landscaping, walking trail, stormwater management, and permitting with the Virginia Department of Transportation.
