EEC is actively providing civil engineering services for the design and permitting of approximately 10 miles of new 138kV Transmission Lines from Caldwell to Macksburg near Marietta, Ohio. EEC is currently field testing a state of the art 3D design process to redefine the design, permitting, and bidding of large-scale transmission line design. The South Caldwell – Macksburg 138kV Transmission Line project is the foremost of a series of projects featuring this new software. Site development services consist of access road layout and design, erosion and sediment control, SWPPP permitting, and SWPPP and E&S inspections.
