Site Plan Development

Site Plans are generally drawings which give an overhead view of a particular building site showing things such as current buildings, proposed buildings, parking areas, locations of utilities, landscaping items, zoning information, etc. A site plan gives a good overview of what conditions exist at a current site, and/or what proposed developments will look like and how they will impact the area.
Site plans are typically used by local zoning and planning commissions to determine if a proposal complies with the area's regulations and ordinances.
