EEC conducted a drainage study of the neighborhood of Franklin Heights, which drains to a single inadequate discharge point located under a Norfolk and Southern Railroad trestle, and with restricted alternate drainage options. The total drainage area consisted of approximately 360 acres. Services consisted of field surveys of existing drainage systems, stormwater routing and design, and the preparation of a Preliminary Engineering Report for these stormwater issues.
