EEC, under subcontract to EEE Consulting, Inc. in support of their On-Call MS-4 Permit Program Contract with VDOT, updated VDOT’s Location & Design Best Management Practice (BMP) database information in order to document the number of acres treated by BMPs in the urbanized areas of the Hampton Roads and Fredericksburg Districts.
